The Universal Prevention of the Depopulation of Humanity and the Universal Promotion of the Repopulation of Humanity Program:

Brief History of Malice: There is an evil plan to depopulate 80% of humanity with HIV and other emerging diseases and plagues. All races are targeted but the Non-European races have been chosen firstly, yet the European Races will be chosen lastly in this depopulation conspiracy. To sum it up all racial types have had some sort of a loss in this HIV Conspiracy, but the African race have been hit the hardest especially in Africa, the Caribbean, the United States and in other parts of this world, gays have also been targeted to be wiped out in this conspiracy in fact the conspiracy firstly began with the gay males as a smoke screen to fool the general non gay population, but it is mainly heterosexuals who have been killed in this HIV conspiracy, especially black heterosexuals. To date over 30 million people have been killed from this orchestrated plague and over 30 million have been infected which means over 60 million people have died or are scheduled to die from a disease that is slightly over 30 years old and it is just the beginning of the genocide if a cure is not found.

This plague is orchestrated firstly based on all that I have learned by invisible beings also known as spirits, aliens and their secret human underlings and agents. I blame this plague on the organization of the 777, 666, and the Evil branch of the Reptilian hybrid illuminati. The 777 is 7 for Judaism, 7 for Christianity, and 7 for Islam, 666 equates to 6 for demonic, 6 for satanic, and 6 for devils secret and public organizations, illuminati are reptilian alien hybrid secret organizations controlled by aliens that see humanity as a slave race and even as food. 777, 666 and illuminati and their allies have organizations that have world conquest in mind and they have a history of depopulating the human species and people who they attack. In fact 777 have been preaching to kill the human population and to kill this world in the book of revelation in what they call Armageddon in this book found in the bible they have a plan to keep killing a 3^RD that means 3 out of 4 humans over and over again until they totally wipeout the human population in the worst way and replace it with their chosen people. This is the racists and genocidal plan of the 777, 666 and reptilian illuminati and by the way reptilians see humans as slaves and food.

Hitler wanted to fulfill this plan found in the book of revelation, but he failed, yet his believers continued his plan secretly. His thousand years Rike was copied from scriptures in the bible, in which it is said, that Zion would exists for One thousand years after the Armageddon and would be destroyed afterword so that they could kill some of the population of Zion which they found to be disfavor-able and rebuild it again, this is where Hitler got his thousand year ruler ship from also known as the 3^rd rike. Islam itself have killed over 300 million people ever since the religion began its genocidal plan against the non-believers. Judaism started the whole genocide in Egypt when all firstborn sons and animals where killed and the fallowing journey which led to the depopulation of the people and races of northern Africa, also known as the Middle East today. But an earlier event is marked in the bible called the great flood or Noah’s Flood in which all of humanity was killed by the entity also known as the god of the bible in which he murdered all of humanity except for one tiny family of I think of a little bit over 8 or a little bit under 8 tiny people, this is insane, immoral and quite evil of an entity to do this to humanity.   

Genocidally, in the 20th Century 55-84 million people lost their lives because of the second world war mostly European, Chinese, Japanese and some Africans died in world war two, but hitler if he and his allies had won he would have started a depopulation scheme of humanity in which he would have enslaved the targeted population for slave labor and then he would have killed them after exploiting them, the native Americans where annihilated this way, 20-60 million people died because of the annihilation of the American Indians and 96 million Africans died through slavery in this way in the trans Atlantic slave trade. Hitler already used gas to kill some of his victims and he also used bullets and fire to burn and cremate them; some of them were cremated alive. Had hitler won he would have killed most of the human population including Europeans; ironically fellow Europeans who he found to be inferior and wiped them out luckily the allies defeated hitler, but his dreams lived on in secrecy. Where did hitler get his plan from, from the bible and the revelation scriptures he was a copycat of Armageddon and revelation. Eugenics and Arian supremacy was also used by hitler to cause unfortunate white people to fallow him, but he would also kill large populations of the white race, because his dreams was to turn all white people into blond hair and blue eyed people or the so called Master Race using eugenics and breeding programs. Most white people are not blond neither do they have blue eyes so hitler would have to depopulate the white race also, he already began to genocidally kill fellow white European people he called Jews because he felt that they were racially impure, this same policy would have been used on other European races, such as Hispanics and white people in general who did not measure up to his insane blond hair and blue eyes expectations, which is most of white people, because most whites are not blond nor do they have blue eyes. This pattern would have continued until he would kill fellow white Europeans who he found to be inferior not meeting up to his evil expectations. Mostly non blond hair and blue eyed white Europeans would have been killed, but he would have used them firstly to kill other races then he would turn his guns on those who he found to be inferior just like he did to the white Jews, white gays, white poles, white communists and other disliked whites. Ironically hitler himself was not even blond haired and I have seen a picture of him with brown eyes, so that means that hitler was not even blond haired nor blue eyed.

In 1972, Kurt Waldheim, a Wehrmacht officer and SA member during the Nazi regime, was elected United Nations Secretary General. Waldheim's election had caused anger among some people who had lost relatives in the Holocaust, as well as anti-UN groups who theorized the UN was supportive of totalitarian ideologies. If we can put pieces of a puzzle together it was around the 1970,s the conspiratorial HIV AIDS plague began to be secretly given to the world population during the smallpox and TB eradication programs; I believe the UN was in charge of some of these programs. If the Secretary General of the UN at that time was a former Nazi then he was a secret infiltrator of the UN and would have no problem spreading the HIV AIDS plague around the world to people and Nations who he felt to be inferior sub-human races. The nazi’s are evil and have no problem exterminating other races; after all they already attempted to do just that during World War 2. If you look at the HIV AIDS statistics Sub-Saharan Africa have twice as much people infected with AIDS then the whole rest of the world combined. HIV AIDS is surely a conspiratorial disease and I believe that the nazi’s are among the conspirators. Though I like the UN and consider myself an ally of the UN and support the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the UN’s attempt to bring peace to the world; it is quite clear to me that the UN was negligent by electing a former nazi officer from world war 2 as a secretary general. During the HIV conspiracy surely that racists former Nazi Kurt Waldheim would have had power to secretly assign conspirators to kill Africans and other races with HIV AIDS by sabotaging the UN’s effort with trojan horse disease laced needles instead of cures for TB and Small Pox. Recently I visited a white supremacist web site. The white supremacists declared that he was going to kill 150 million whites who he found to be “whiggers” or white niggers. If white supremacists can agree to kill 150 million of their own people surely they would have no fear of killing other races and exterminating them. It seems to me that nazi’s are interested in gaining positions of power. In the book Behold a Pale Horse and in other streams of information it is written that Pope John Paul the 2^nd is said to have been a salesman of poison gas to kill prisoners of nazi’s in concentration camps during world war 2 yet he became a Pope. In the early 1940's, a young Polish salesman, employed by I.G. Farben Chemical Company (manufacturer of cyanide gas) sold cyanide to the Nazis, for use in Auschwitz. He also worked as a chemist manufacturing the cyanide gas that exterminated millions of Jews and other peoples in the very heart of the Auschwitz extermination camp. Fearing for his life after the war, he took refuge in the Catholic church (cult) and was ordained a priest in late 1946. In 1958, he was ordained Poland's youngest bishop. After the thirty day reign and assassination of his predecessor, he assumed the papacy as Pope John Paul II (the current pope, 1990) and now controls an organization in America, called the Jewish Federation and one of its many branches, the Cult Awareness Network which kidnaps and "deprograms" Christians and other victims. The Pope's Cult Awareness Network is a continuation of Hitler's "Ministry of Cults" during World War II, designed to destroy Judaism, Christianity and other religions, other than Catholicism. Hitler and his entire staff, including the S.S. were all Catholics. Their desire - a world for Catholics only. Pope Benedict XVI, the current pope was a hitler youth and he was a soldier in German anti-aircraft corps. He then trained in the German infantry. It is no coincidence that both Pope John Paul the 2^nd and Pope Benedict XVI has a link to Nazism. Nazis are trying to run world government and institutions so that they may exterminate certain groups of people in our world. This would not be the first time the 777 religions are linked with genocide of certain groups of people in our world.

Action T4 (German: Aktion T4) was a program, also called Euthanasia Program, in Nazi Germany spanning October 1939 until August 1941, during which physicians killed 70,273 people^[1] specified in Hitler's secret memo of September 1, 1939 as antipleasure and painfulness patients "judged incurably sick, by critical medical examination,"^[2] but described in a denunciation of the program by Cardinal Galen as long-term inmates of mental asylums "who may appear incurable."^[3] The Nuremberg Trials found evidence that German physicians continued the extermination of patients after October 1941 and evidence that about 275,000 people were killed under T4^[4]. Doctors were used by hitler to exterminate the sickly, the same way, I believe that secret societies will use doctors in their plan to depopulate the world with HIV AIDS and other plagues. These doctors are their secret infiltrator agents of genocide. That is exactly what they did during the TB and Small Pox eradication programs using doctors and the World Health Organization (WHO) they infiltrated the program and spread HIV AIDS throughout the world especially in Africa. Most of the doctors did not even know their supplies had been infiltrated and sabotaged.

The insane pattern of hitler’s behavior is found to be biblical ever since the 777 religions began they have had a scheme to depopulate the human race and repopulate it with their chosen people, the people who they genocidally preyed upon have been known to be racist-fully, strategically, bias-fully and hatefully called evil names that does not truly reflect the true personality of the victims of these abuse, such names have been known to be the fallowing, Cannans land, Sodom and Gomorra’s, Babylon, the Heathens, the Savages, Pagans, Infidels, the Idolaters, False Gods the Non-Believers, the Kaffirs, the Sinners, the Niggers, the White Trash, the Whiggers, the Fleshly, Pigs, the Guyem or “Cattle”, the Adulterers, the Fornicators, the Promiscuous, the Polytheist, the Atheist, the Ungodly, the Gentiles, Colored People, Sorcerers, Witches, or any other people who they want to kill, ect.. Whenever they chose to kill a population they would call them evil names and accuse them so that they could acquire their deaths, this strategy is known as “accusation for acquisition”. The names they call these people do not reflect the true identity of these people. The evil names they call these people are only used by 777 to demoralize, demonize, and dehumanize their target. They have to make their victims look evil and so they call them evil names so that they may acquire their deaths, acquire their land, acquire their burnings in eternal hells, and acquire their slave labor or brutal submission. This pattern has continued until today and will continue into the future if Universal Beings do not change the paradigm of evil plans of the 777 religions, the 666 demons, and the racists’ illuminati reptilian hybrid.

The Repopulation Schematic: The Universal Plan is to prevent the depopulation of humanity and to repopulate humanity at the location in which humanity have been depopulated by the genocidal conspirators. Numbers of victims coming from each race must be tallied the amount killed by Aids and other plagues must be replaced immediately and systematically. No matter what the race the victims from each race must be counted and they must be replaced by the same race at the same location by the same people. We must prevent the genocidal conspirators from killing racial species and replacing them with a racists and religious paradigm. Besides the very race they replace the victims with will be killed genocidally later on when the culling cycle begins again. Their conniving plans must be avoided and it must be avoided calculativelly and systematically.

Accusation of sin for Acquisition of AIDS on the part of the conspirators: The Aids conspirators have a well planned out scheme to give AIDS to victims and they want to seem as if they are blameless, but they are guilty of Universal Crimes and crimes against humanity. They are not to be trusted as their weapon is the secret spreading of AIDS to the targeted population. Under no circumstances are we to agree with their murder scheme as it is illegal and evil. An accusation of fornication and promiscuity will be issued by the opinionated sin conspirators in order for them to gain an acquisition of the infection of AIDS. It is all a part of their plan to spread AIDS a disease that previously did not exists before they invented it and spread it throughout the population of the world as I reveal to you the epidemic of AIDS is slightly over 30 years old in the system of the Earth. All victims of AIDS are innocent victims who have been murdered; they are not to be charged with crimes for they are victims of crimes, the crime of orchestrated genocide. The AIDS conspirators will provide a problem it is all a part of their plan they will say people are not being faithful and are not practicing abstinence their solution practice abstinence, though abstinence is a tool to a certain degree of the avoidance of AIDS it is all an accusation for the acquisition of AIDS. People who are not abstinent are innocent victims of AIDS, but we must have a plan to fight against their scheme to kill the population. Under no circumstance must we appear to agree with their suggestion in agreement as if their abstinence plan is the only way for humanity, because they are guilty of planning to kill humanity and killing humanity with AIDS. They will promote abstinence through their 777 networks and say that sinners do not practice abstinence and so they deservingly acquire AIDS as punishment by the evil entity the God of the bible. The entity is an instrument for the doom and the eternal hell torturing of humanity and he meticulously planned the destruction of humanity in the worst way in the book of revelation he the entity god is responsible for much antipleasure and painfulness of humanity and he revealed the formula of revelation to all who would agree to destroy humanity including the demonic entities that plague humanity, much genocide is a co-responsibility of the work of this entity god and his religions.

The preservation of the children of Aids Victims: It is known that certain Aids drugs can prevent a baby from being infected with Aids if the parent is infected with Aids; and so everyone who is infected with Aids must be given Aids drugs to prevent the child from getting Aids. Victims of Aids must be married or partnered with victims of Aids and so man and women who have Aids must marry or be partnered with fellow victims of Aids and they must be educated on the importance of their loyalty and carefulness with their Aids partners. They must know that they are at warfare to repopulate the human species and so they must take their duty seriously to defeat this disease and the conspirators of AIDS so that their race, genome and species may not be lost. They must have children and be given preventative Aids drugs to prevent the children from obtaining Aids. Mandatory adoptive parents must be chosen by the state and community before the parents die from family members or from members of the community. If and when infected parents die their children must be taken care of by mandatory adoptive parents and the state and the children must be treated humanely. With these Aids drugs that prevent children from being infected with Aids by pregnant mothers, pregnant mothers are still able to give birth to non aids infected children and are valuable as fellow Universal Beings, they are to be taken cared of medically until death. Aids infected partners must be taken cared off and they must give birth to non-infected children who will be well guarded and taken care of by the state and community. When these parents die from being murdered through the Aids conspiracy their children must live on and be taken cared of humanely to adulthood so that they may reproduce and give birth to new generations of children.

The AIDS Test: The AIDS test is both a deterrent and a death sentence. The AIDS test is a deterrent if it is given by honest networks of persons who believe in the AIDS Conspiracy, but those who are honest yet do not believe in the AIDS conspiracy are open to be sabotaged by the network of the conspirators through secrecy; but the AIDS test is a death sentence if given by the networks of the secret infiltrators as it will be sabotaged if given by the conspirator’s network of secret infiltrators. AIDS test are only to be trusted when given by networks of people who believe in the AIDS Conspiracy and who use their own tools and monitor their network with meticulous suspicion for malice and betrayal. These Aids testers must be well learned experts in detecting AIDS and in detecting false positives. These AIDS Conspiracy AIDS Testers are even open to be paid money by the killers and then killed later for their cooperation, their offices are open to be infiltrated and their equipment sabotaged by infiltrators who will sabotage their work and equipment so that they may give false positives that lead to the taking of pills that will give harmful effects to the uninfected body of patients. Their offices must be guarded and equipment must be guarded 24 hours a day by trusted competent securities who believe in the AIDS Conspiracy.

Before I write this I am very disappointed to write this but I must write it as a necessary precaution. The AIDS and Plague conspirators will put race against race and they will make races feel as if they are literally running a competitive race to the finish line in which one human race out of all the multi-races of humanity must survive and all other races must die. This is indeed an evil plan of the conspirators; they will cause races to eliminate each other through the teaching of survival of the fittest, racial superiority, fish eating fish during the plan for eradication of humanity races will be forced to fight against each other to eliminate each other, distrust and enmity will be encouraged. This must not occur the human family must survive all racial types must survive for a better future when AIDS and all diseases will no longer exist and all humanity will live with togetherness and a common purpose for the survival of all racial types and beings of the Universe Of OUM to the best possibility. In fact members of the same race will be pitted against each other to eliminate each other because of religious, political, opinions and sexual differences. Thoughts will be put into the minds of men, spirits, aliens and other beings to kill each other. They will be forced to compete against each other in a race of competition for resources, the systems that are non-racists and discriminative in a harmful way religiously, politically and otherwise will be easier to trust each other, but historically racists and hateful places will be the easiest to incubate the hatred necessary to begin the enmity necessary to cause the warfare and depopulation scheme, yet at the end the formula of worst possibility which I call the Three Worst Universal Sabotage “ttwus” will cause the instruments of the annihilation to destroy each other therefore it is to the advantage of the Universe as a whole to help each other honestly and fairly yet an obstacle has been placed to make variations within the Universe eliminate each other the obstacle is lack of programming that teaches a different more peaceful approach towards those who are the same and different, hatred, competition for resources, un-cooperation, and evil intention.

There are formulas races and sub-groups can fallow to avoid sabotage in this conspiracy to wipe away humanity one group at a time in this manufactured competitive race to compete and eliminate each other. One formula is the “Programation of Many Cooperation, POMC” the Second Formula the “Precaution of Common Trust, POCT”:

“Programation of Many Cooperation, POMC”: Programation Of Many Cooperation is when Universal Beings and Races come together in cooperation for the betterment of all races and Universal Beings. During this conspiracy it is best for all of humanity to come together to fight for a better reality in which all diseases are removed from the system of the Earth and Universe. The people of this world must sincerely come together to cooperate and bring their fellow Universal Beings from all races to find an answer to this plague. The people of this world must know that HIV is a conspiracy and not a freak of nature. This HIV plague is a conspiracy, it is not the will of a whole group of people, it is the will of a secret group of people that decided to come together and kill humanity. Though it is motivated by secret groups from the 777, 666 and illuminati reptilian and hybrid secret society, it is not the will of the whole people who are under mind control as followers and servants. Followers and servants are expandable to these people and they are willing to let them die as pawns in an evil game for global domination.

It is best to win the “Human Race” together as a team of races that cooperate with each other for the best interest of all the races. Humanity is one big family based on genome study we are 99.9% alike in genetic information, humanity as a race may have a few variation and combinations of differences such as facial feature, skin color, eye color, and hair color, but we are not far from each other in genetic material, coming from a common ancestor; these exterior features are a minimum of who we are; as it thought we are all souls inside clothing which are our bodies. These clothing can be changed yet we remain the same souls. We as a Universal Race have to overcome labels that are put upon us so that we may discriminate against each other, allow each other to experience displeasant, painful lives or kill each other. Our existence is as a marathon being run into a potential endless future. Instead of competing against each other, we can run together, we can win the “Human Race” together. It is the survival of the community not the survival of the fittest. The Human community must survive this grand conspiracy to kill 80% of humanity. We must defeat Armageddon together, we must avoid it completely. There is a better way in this universe of many roads that lead to different destinations. There is a better road for humanity, there are better choices for humanity, humanity must look into our lists of options and we must choose the option that is the best possibility for us all. Programation Of Many Cooperation is the best choice for humanity as a whole. Humanity must come together and humanity must defeat the AIDS Conspiracy as a Unified Group of Universal Beings seeking to achieve the best possibility together which is the defeat of the AIDS conspiracy.     

“Precaution of Common Trust, POCT”: Precaution of Common Trust is when groups that are alike come together to protect themselves in the case of the failure of Programation Of Many Cooperation or its failure to occur or take hold of society. We can see that one group that is more racially affected by HIV more than any other group is the Black African Race. For example let us take a look at the statistics below.

If you take a look at the statistics, Sub-Saharan Africa has more people infected with HIV AIDS twice more than the whole rest of the world combined. Sub-Saharan Africa has 22,000,000 that’s 22.0 million people infected with HIV AIDS, yet the whole rest of the world combined has 10,884,000 that’s (Ten Million, Eight Hundred, Eighty Four, Thousand); and so you see Sub-Saharan Africa has twice or double the amount of HIV AIDS than the whole rest of the world combined.

If you look at the above statistic for the United States 1.5 million Americans have been infected with AIDS 48% of them are African Americans. African Americans only make up 12% of the US population yet African Americans or Black people account for 48% of the victims of AIDS. AIDS is the leading cause of death for African American women aged 25 to 34. Based on these statistics it is obvious there is a conspiracy to kill Black Africans and African Americans more so than there is a conspiracy to kill the other races even though the other races are victims also, for example 5 million Asians have been murdered through HIV AIDS and North America, Western & Central Europe had 2.0 million infected and Latin America had 1.7 million in third place of the victimization of HIV AIDS. Yet the conspirators chose to target the black race firstly as their target group for extermination and murder. Why are so many black women dying, it is because the conspirators want to kill the population of the black people firstly and then move on to the rest of the world, the less women you have the less your population will become and the conspirators know this, that is why they decided to kill the women firstly.

Under these circumstances the second option, which is the “Precaution of Common Trust, POCT”, must also be considered as an option. Based on the statistic groups that are largely targeted must come together and form groups of common trust to safeguard themselves from the extermination of their race and species. By far, the Sub-Saharan Black African is the main group being targeted for extermination because they are double the amount of AIDS deaths then the whole world combined. The African races located in the west are also a large group being targeted by the exterminators and murderers. Under the circumstance of a large group being targeted by the AIDS Conspirators, I advise that these groups come together with members of their own race that they can trust and start to protect their race and start planning the avoidance of the spread of HIV and the extermination of HIV AIDS, by finding a cure for AIDS.

When I speak of this “Precaution of Common Trust, POCT” I speak for every race in this world and Universe. In a world like ours where racism have been used as a tool to segregate races and to sow enmity between races to the point in which slavery and genocide have been used against races especially the Black African Race; the Native American Race was nearly annihilated to the point of extinction. Racism had become so potent in our system that a man like hitler was born with the idea that he must build a master race and exterminate all other races from the face of the Earth. Hitler’s dream of a master race that eliminates all other races through genocide is not over. The war is now being fought secretly. Biological warfare needs no soldiers to be won on the battle field; all that is needed are vials of plague as it is written in the evil book of Armageddon that so inspired hitler’s thousand years rike. Sometimes, members of communities can agree to kill their whole community. You would not believe that one of the most toxic chemicals known to man is put in the water system and in toothpaste.

1946 Patients in VA hospitals are used as guinea pigs for medical experiments. In order to allay suspicions, the order is given to change the word “experiments” to “investigations” or “observations” whenever reporting a medical study performed in one of the nation’s veteran’s hospitals.

1947 Colonel E.E. Kirkpatrick of the U.S. Atomic Energy Comission issues a secret document (Document 07075001, January 8, 1947) stating that the agency will begin administering intravenous doses of radioactive substances to human subjects.

1947 The CIA begins its study of LSD as a potential weapon for use by American intelligence. Human subjects (both civilian and military) are used with and without their knowledge.

1950 Department of Defense begins plans to detonate nuclear weapons in desert areas and monitor downwind residents for medical problems and mortality rates.

1950 In an experiment to determine how susceptible an American city would be to biological attack, the U.S. Navy sprays a cloud of bacteria from ships over San Franciso. Monitoring devices are situated throughout the city in order to test the extent of infection. Many residents become ill with pneumonia-like symptoms.

1951 Department of Defense begins open air tests using disease-producing bacteria and viruses. Tests last through 1969 and there is concern that people in the surrounding areas have been exposed.

1953 U.S. military releases clouds of zinc cadmium sulfide gas over Winnipeg, St. Louis, Minneapolis, Fort Wayne, the Monocacy River Valley in Maryland, and Leesburg, Virginia. Their intent is to determine how efficiently they could disperse chemical agents.

1953 Joint Army-Navy-CIA experiments are conducted in which tens of thousands of people in New York and San Francisco are exposed to the airborne germs Serratia marcescens and Bacillus glogigii.

1953 CIA initiates Project MKULTRA. This is an eleven year research program designed to produce and test drugs and biological agents that would be used for mind control and behavior modification. Six of the subprojects involved testing the agents on unwitting human beings.

1955 The CIA, in an experiment to test its ability to infect human populations with biological agents, releases a bacteria withdrawn from the Army’s biological warfare arsenal over Tampa Bay, Fl.

1955 Army Chemical Corps continues LSD research, studying its potential use as a chemical incapacitating agent. More than 1,000 Americans participate in the tests, which continue until 1958.

1956 U.S. military releases mosquitoes infected with Yellow Fever over Savannah, Ga and Avon Park, Fl. Following each test, Army agents posing as public health officials test victims for effects.

1958 LSD is tested on 95 volunteers at the Army’s Chemical Warfare Laboratories for its effect on intelligence.

1960 The Army Assistant Chief-of-Staff for Intelligence (ACSI) authorizes field testing of LSD in Europe and the Far East. Testing of the european population is code named Project THIRD CHANCE; testing of the Asian population is code named Project DERBY HAT.

1965 CIA and Department of Defense begin Project MKSEARCH, a program to develop a capability to manipulate human behavior through the use of mind-altering drugs.

1965 Prisoners at the Holmesburg State Prison in Philadelphia are subjected to dioxin, the highly toxic chemical component of Agent Orange used in Viet Nam. The men are later studied for development of cancer, which indicates that Agent Orange had been a suspected carcinogen all along.

1966 CIA initiates Project MKOFTEN, a program to test the toxicological effects of certain drugs on humans and animals.

1966 U.S. Army dispenses Bacillus subtilis variant niger throughout the New York City subway system. More than a million civilians are exposed when army scientists drop lightbulbs filled with the bacteria onto ventilation grates.

1967 CIA and Department of Defense implement Project MKNAOMI, successor to MKULTRA and designed to maintain, stockpile and test biological and chemical weapons.

1968 CIA experiments with the possibility of poisoning drinking water by injecting chemicals into the water supply of the FDA in Washington, D.C.

1969 Dr. Robert MacMahan of the Department of Defense requests from congress $10 million to develop, within 5 to 10 years, a synthetic biological agent to which no natural immunity exists.

1970 Funding for the synthetic biological agent is obtained under H.R. 15090. The project, under the supervision of the CIA, is carried out by the Special Operations Division at Fort Detrick, the army’s top secret biological weapons facility. Speculation is raised that molecular biology techniques are used to produce AIDS-like retroviruses.

1970 United States intensifies its development of “ethnic weapons” (Military Review, Nov.,

1970), designed to selectively target and eliminate specific ethnic groups who are susceptible due to genetic differences and variations in DNA.

1975 The virus section of Fort Detrick’s Center for Biological Warfare Research is renamed the Fredrick Cancer Research Facilities and placed under the supervision of the National Cancer Institute (NCI) . It is here that a special virus cancer program is initiated by the U.S. Navy, purportedly to develop cancer-causing viruses. It is also here that retrovirologists isolate a virus to which no immunity exists. It is later named HTLV (Human T-cell Leukemia Virus).

1977 Senate hearings on Health and Scientific Research confirm that 239 populated areas had been contaminated with biological agents between 1949 and 1969. Some of the areas included San Francisco, Washington, D.C., Key West, Panama City, Minneapolis, and St. Louis.

1978 Experimental Hepatitis B vaccine trials, conducted by the CDC, begin in New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco. Ads for research subjects specifically ask for promiscuous homosexual men.

1981 First cases of AIDS are confirmed in homosexual men in New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco, triggering speculation that AIDS may have been introduced via the Hepatitis B vaccine.

1985 According to the journal Science (227:173-177), HTLV and VISNA, a fatal sheep virus, are very similar, indicating a close taxonomic and evolutionary relationship.

1986 According to the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (83:4007-4011), HIV and VISNA are highly similar and share all structural elements, except for a small segment which is nearly identical to HTLV. This leads to speculation that HTLV and VISNA may have been linked to produce a new retrovirus to which no natural immunity exists.

1986 A report to Congress reveals that the U.S. Government’s current generation of biological agents includes: modified viruses, naturally occurring toxins, and agents that are altered through genetic engineering to change immunological character and prevent treatment by all existing vaccines.

1987 Department of Defense admits that, despite a treaty banning research and development of biological agents, it continues to operate research facilities at 127 facilities and universities around the nation.

1990 More than 1500 six-month old black and hispanic babies in Los Angeles are given an “experimental” measles vaccine that had never been licensed for use in the United States. CDC later admits that parents were never informed that the vaccine being injected to their children was experimental.

1994 With a technique called “gene tracking,” Dr. Garth Nicolson at the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX discovers that many returning Desert Storm veterans are infected with an altered strain of Mycoplasma incognitus, a microbe commonly used in the production of biological weapons. Incorporated into its molecular structure is 40 percent of the HIV protein coat, indicating that it had been man-made.

1994 Senator John D. Rockefeller issues a report revealing that for at least 50 years the Department of Defense has used hundreds of thousands of military personnel in human experiments and for intentional exposure to dangerous substances. Materials included mustard and nerve gas, ionizing radiation, psychochemicals, hallucinogens, and drugs used during the Gulf War.1995 U.S. Government admits that it had offered Japanese war criminals and scientists who had performed human medical experiments salaries and immunity from prosecution in exchange for data on biological warfare research.

1995 Dr. Garth Nicolson, uncovers evidence that the biological agents used during the Gulf War had been manufactured in Houston, TX and Boca Raton, Fl and tested on prisoners in the Texas Department of Corrections.

1996 Department of Defense admits that Desert Storm soldiers were exposed to chemical agents.

1997 Eighty-eight members of Congress sign a letter demanding an investigation into bioweapons use & Gulf War Syndrome.
