Asian-Americans had the lowest lifetime risk, at about 1 in 222.

• If you take a look at the statistics, Sub-Saharan Africa has more people infected with HIV AIDS twice more than the whole rest of the world combined. Sub-Saharan Africa has 22,000,000 that’s 22.0 million people infected with HIV AIDS, yet the whole rest of the world combined has 10,884,000 that’s (Ten Million, Eight Hundred, Eighty Four, Thousand); and so you see Sub-Saharan Africa has twice or double the amount of HIV AIDS than the whole rest of the world combined.

Black people in America are not just poor by American standards; many of us are "third-world" poor.

For instance, 30 percent of black Americans in Illinois live in poverty compared with only 8 percent of white Americans.

According to the Children's Defense Fund, nearly one million black children in the United States are living in extreme poverty. While the official national unemployment rate is 4.4 percent, the official unemployment rate for blacks is 10 percent.

In 2003 in New York City, 48.2 percent of black men ages 16 to 64 were officially unemployed! the majority of black people are living through their worst economic depression since slavery!

Misery indices in the Black community -- poor and useless educational preparation, mass unemployment, low-quality housing stock, disintegrating communities, and failing families -- are rising. According to a 2004 study by the Pew Hispanic Trust, between 1996 and 2002, the median net worth of blacks dropped by 16 percent.

Black net worth declined to a paltry $5,998 per household, while the net worth for white households grew by 17 percent during the same period to $88,651. Twenty percent of black median net worth was in cash, approximately $1,200, with the balance comprised of home equity.  The housing foreclosure crisis of the past eight years has caused Black America to lose between $72 billion and $93 billion in housing-equity wealth.

"Black families lost 25 percent of their wealth during the jobless recovery from the recent recession," said Thomas Shapiro, a Brandeis University professor of law and social policy.

This means that more black people are struggling in 2006 with such basic conditions as securing employment, paying rent or a mortgage, paying utilities and insurance, obtaining affordable health coverage and buying food.

Shapiro also stated that only 26 percent of black families could survive more than three months after a major income interruption. The other 74 percent would be forced to seek government assistance, dip deep into savings, sell off assets, relocate with a friend or relative, file bankruptcy or become homeless!

In this economic depression, college is an unaffordable luxury for many black people. Higher education, once the reliable key to moving from low-income to middle-income status, is no longer an option. The portals that lead away from poverty, crime and despair are closing or have already closed.

Unfortunately, the only area where we showed restraint in our spending was on books, where we spent only $257 million, down from $303 million in 2002. We spent more on our fingernails and our hair -- $6.3 billion on personal care -- than on books and reading materials.

We must take control of our economic destinies to improve black personal finances, our family wealth and our community economies, and to help lift many blacks out of deep poverty.

Though I see the necessity in this writers Ten Key Solutions For Black Ecomic Well-Being I realize that capitalism must be removed from the system totally in order for the System to function in a much better form.

TEN KEY SOLUTIONS FOR BLACK ECONOMIC WELL-BEING:

1. Start your own business. By starting your own business, you can hire family, friends, and community members.

2. Get as much education as you can.

3. Stop renting an apartment. Save enough money to make a down payment on a house. Then buy a house.

4. Open savings accounts for your children, teach your children the value of money and take personal finance classes.

5. First, invest your money and your time in your skills, your knowledge base and your self-improvement. Second, learn how to let big companies work for you rather than you only working for them through stock ownership. And third, invest your money in the U.S. and global stock markets.

6. Manage your credit carefully and avoid unnecessary debt.

7. Get married!  Two-person headed households are more viable economically. Marriage can be an economic advantage when both parties are aligned on financial priorities and fiscal realities.

8. Create a living strategy that includes good nutrition, plenty of exercise and proper rest so that you can share your good fortune in a long and healthy life.  Health is wealth!

9. Invest in a social cause.

10. Create a will to pass on your accumulated wealth

Hunger is a term which has three meanings (Oxford English Dictionary 1971)

• the uneasy or painful sensation caused by want of food; craving appetite. Also the exhausted condition caused by want of food

• the want or scarcity of food in a country

• a strong desire or craving

World hunger refers to the second definition, aggregated to the world level. The related technical term (in this case operationalized in medicine)  is malnutrition.¹ 

Malnutrition is a general term that indicates a lack of some or all nutritional elements necessary for human health (Medline Plus Medical Encyclopedia).

There are two basic types of malnutrition. The first and most important is protein-energy malnutrition--the lack of enough protein (from meat and other sources) and food that provides energy (measured in calories) which all of the basic food groups provide. This is the type of malnutrition that is referred to when world hunger is discussed.  The second type of malnutrition, also very important, is micronutrient (vitamin and mineral) deficiency. This is not the type of malnutrition that is referred to when world hunger is discussed, though it is certainly very important. 

[Recently there has also been a move to include obesity as a third form of malnutrition. Considering obesity as malnutrition expands the previous usual meaning of the term which referred to poor nutrition due to lack of food inputs.² It is poor nutrition, but it is certainly not typically due to a lack of calories, but rather too many (although poor food choices, often due to poverty, are part of the problem). Obesity will not be considered here, although obesity is certainly a health problem and is increasingly considered as a type of malnutrition.]

Protein-energy malnutrition (PEM) is the most lethal form of malnutrition/hunger. It is basically a lack of calories and protein. Food is converted into energy by humans, and the energy contained in food is measured by calories.  Protein is necessary for key body functions including provision of essential amino acids and  development and maintenance of muscles

Does the world produce enough food to feed everyone?

The world produces enough food to feed everyone. World agriculture produces 17 percent more calories per person today than it did 30 years ago, despite a 70 percent population increase. This is enough to provide everyone in the world with at least 2,720 kilocalories (kcal) per person per day (FAO 2002, p.9).  The principal problem is that many people in the world do not have sufficient land to grow, or income to purchase, enough food. 

Harmful economic systems are the principal cause of poverty and hunger. Essentially control over resources and income is based on military, political and economic power that typically ends up in the hands of a minority, who live well, while those at the bottom barely survive, if they do. Hunger is also a cause of poverty. By causing poor health, low levels of energy, and even mental impairment, hunger can lead to even greater poverty by reducing people's ability to work and learn.

Micronutrients

Life was simple and beautiful in the villages of Africa. Children, Grandparents, Parents, Uncles and Aunts all lived together peacefully in extended family systems. While mothers and fathers are in the farm working, Grandparents remain at home taking care of their grandchildren. While the children play in the sand, grandparents mostly sit quietly under trees nearby sometimes with friends and watch their grandchildren play. While fathers clear thick bushes  making way for new farms, mothers mostly gather foodstuffs to be brought home. Such was life in African villages.  However, war, diseases, extreme poverty and famine have brought to Africa an entirely new concept. Most children are left alone in this cruel world with no parents, no grandparents, no siblings, and no blood relatives at all to take care of them . Poverty in Africa refers to the lack of basic human needs faced by certain segments of African society. African nations typically fall toward the bottom of any list measuring small size economic activity, such as income per capita or GDP per capita, despite a wealth of natural resources. In 2009, 22 of 24 nations identified as having "Low Human Development" on the United Nations' (UN) Human Development Index were located in Sub-Saharan Africa[1]. In 2006, 34 of the 50 nations on the UN list of least developed countries are in Africa.[2] In many nations, GDP per capita is less than $200 U.S. per year, with the vast majority of the population living on much less. In addition, Africa's share of income has been consistently dropping over the past century by any measure. In 1820, the average European worker earned about three times what the average African did. Now, the average European earns twenty times what the average African does.[3] Although GDP per capita incomes in Africa have also been steadily growing, measures are still far better in other parts of the world, such as Latin America, which suffers from many of the same disadvantages.

Despite large amounts of arable land south of the Sahara Desert, small, individual land holdings are rare. In many nations, land is subject to tribal ownership and in others, most of the land is often in the hands of descendants of European settlers of the late 19th century and early 20th century. For example, according to a 2005 IRIN report, about 82% of the arable land in South Africa is owned by those of European descent.[5] Many nations lack a system of freehold landowning. In others, the laws prevent people from disadvantaged groups from owning land at all. Although often these laws are ignored, and land sales to disadvantaged groups occur, legal title to the land is not assured. As such, rural Africans rarely have clear title to their own land, and have to survive as farm laborers. Unused land is plentiful, but is often private property. Most African nations have very poor land registration systems, making squatting and land theft common occurrences. This makes it difficult to get a mortgage or similar loan, as ownership of the property often cannot be established to the satisfaction of financiers.[6]

Two of the Three diagnostic doctors must be from the same race of the female who needs an abortion because she is in imminent danger of death from childbirth in order for the abortion to take place to save her life from death; Furthermore a person cannot be given an abortion if the person is married, or not married unless the person is in imminent danger of death from childbirth. Married people, or people who are in a Consensual Relationship entered into by both partners, cannot claim rape to receive an abortion. Any person who committed an abortion while abortion was illegally made to be legal shall not be killed, but shall be required by law to have children to replace the dead child. Any person after abortion is made to be illegal, who commit an illegal abortion that is not for the 1 reasons of (imminent death from pregnancy) shall be arrested and taken to a correctional institution for violating the One Law Of Death (OLOD), the person shall not be killed, because the child had not been born out of the Mothers Matrix yet, but the abortionists shall have to be put in a correctional institution for 5 or more years of rehabilitation into a noncriminal who totally reject abortion, before they are released back into civilisation. Lifelong Partners are required to be placed in the same school from elementary to college in special marriage classes where they learn mandatory courses on how to have the best family relationship and how to have the most prosperous family environment. 11-7. Lifelong Partners are required to have two marriage ceremonies. A Lifelong Partner cannot be kept in jail for too long away from their family environment and so sentencing shall not exceed 1 year for physical abuse; except if it is (FDC) which are attempted murder, torture, mutilation, or the handicapping or crippling of a Lifelong Partner. If a Lifelong Partner attempt the “four disarrange-able crimes” (FDC) which are attempted murder, torture, mutilation, handicaps or cripples a Lifelong Partner then there will be no choice, but to allow the Arranged Wedding to be disarranged and end legally. 11-10-6. Lifetime Partners with Last Names starting with the letter Q to z and shall have Sex on Wednesday,
Friday, and Sunday, between the hours of 9PM to 12AM, but on Fridays they shall have Sex

Other communities may be able to get away with Porno-Marriages, but our community will not be able to get away with it, because our enemies seek to sabotage our Universal Mission and anything they find in our community that is questionable they Will use to sabotage us; therefore the variation of Porno-Marriages shall not be used by OUMIST Communities, but the Perfect Marriage institution we invented called Lifetime Partnership shall be used instead without Porno-
Marriages to make sure that we achieve the Best Possibility in everything throughout the Whole Universe (WU). Though the variation of Porno-Marriage is illegal in OUMIC Society there is no punishment for it instead the law is to return all Porno-Marriage images to the person they came from and send the person to temporary non-institutionalisation counselling for advisory on non-porno-marriage counselling.
